Angry lug nuts

so on tuesday i believe, someone stole 3 of my front left lug nuts. im not sure when or where, but i noticed the wobble in my steering wheel on tuesday so im assuming thats when it happened. so i called the local les schwab to see if they carried them and apparently they are only available through the dealer because of their unique thread design. so before calling the dealer to get the ridiculously high price i knew was coming i decided to call around the local junk yards to see if they maybe happened to have a disco laying around with some lugs. but of course none of them did, so i called the closest dealer which happens to be in utah (i live in Idaho). they quoted me a price of over $20 per lug nut! over $71 for all 3!!! so if anyone has any suggestions as to somewhere i might try to find lug nuts for my 98' disco without having to pay the dealer price that would be awesome.

In the mean time, take one lug nut from each of your other wheels to make it driviable, do not use the lug nuts from your spare, the thread is different and can damage you lugs.

Yes Rover nuts are expensive, they weigh enough to sink the Queen Mary.

Are you sure your wife isint trying to kill you to collect the insurance money?

They are $11.95 each here...oops, I didn't notice the "98" at first...they start at $9.95 each and go up depending on what you want, its a toll free call

Or you can buy sets

That Sucks...Just remember if you walk up behind someone doing this (stealing lug nutz).... they have a lug wrench in their hand so...make sure your prepared...with a bigger caliber!
