Lugs.....and a exciting question....i think!
ok, so through the help of this forum, i successfully completed what ended up being a difficult job.....changing my rear air bags....2hr30min to be exact, how u may ask? two words....lug nuts.....
3 of them had swollen to almost circles (lugs with those outer shells) and much hammering and sizing had to be done to get it done......autozone is going to get 4 sizes returned later......unused of course
so, first of two questions
1) any one know of the best place to get replacement d2 lug nuts without those darn outer shells! i just want good ole fashion nuts.....
2) exciting question: $200 to spend for a perfect condition stock d2, what would u consider most important? i know it aint much, but even small things can make a big difference, if it helps, i am just starting to get into light off roading, working on the truck
tuanks again for all the help!

Yes there are solid lug nuts out there.
I am also in the search for some for my truck.
So far they are expensive, like $200 for a set of 20.
First thing I would spend $200 on, front drive shaft rebuild.

X1000 on the driveshaft rebuild. It's not really a fun mod, and its not a cool lift or snorkel or expedition rack, but it will save you from buying a new transmission when that thing goes (and it will).
