MAF cleaner, fuel system cleaner
Having trouble here in the boonies finding anything specifically for cleaning the MAF as well as B&G 44k. Any suggestions? I saw past posts where Mike indicated that he would recommend a different product if BG weren't available, i jsut couldn't find the actuall recommendation. THanks for the help.
Why are you wanting to clean your MAF, what model Disco do you have?
You never clean a Bosch MAF unless you plan on buying a new one in short order, you never clean any MAF unless the is a fault code reason.
If you have an older MAF, you can if necessary clean the with automotive MAF cleaner,ONLY and will probably not have any problems.
As for the 44K, what do you need to know?

I had a local tell me I may want to clean out the MAF with cleaner on my 95 Disco I w/154k. No idea if this guy knows what he is talking about or not.
As for the 44k, I can't find it around where i live. Is there something you would recommend that is comparable? Thanks

Like Mike said dont bother cleaning the MAF, if a MAF fault code comes up then fine, if not dont worry about it.
As for the BG44, go to their web sight and find a retailer, otherwise by SeaFoam, it can be found at any autoparts store and Wal-Mart.
