MAF cleaners?

Well Joe doesnt have any MAF problems, he was just thinking of prevenative maintence.
And DI MAF will take to cleaning. I cleaned mine with carb cleaner when I first bought my truck.

PersonallyI would not do but only like once every two years.
You need to believe people when they say to not clean a Bosch MAF. Start a saving account for $200 plus, you will need it shortly.

I cleaned it because I have cleaned the MAF in all my other vehicles whenever I change the air cleaner. If I do end up with a dead MAF, that is ok, I have a spare. Grabbed one from a wrecking yard Disco II that I got some other spares from and it should be covered by my warranty as well.
I do appreciate all the advice and good information here, but sometimes you just have to do things your own way.

Yes hazletbassist89, you can clean the d1 maf, I did my '97 over a year ago as well as my '96 RRse
Disco mike scared me so I bought a spare, cleaned it, it been sitting on the shelf for over a year.
