Default Magnecor spark plug wires.

I have a '99 Disco II (107,600miles/4.0 V8) that has been giving me bad dreams since I purchased it (July '07). I've done at least 2 threads: "Bad Gas" and "Driver's taillight problems": both of which remain unsolved.
Anyhow, I have been unable to locatewhich set of Magnecor wires are made for my vehicle. Can someone please help w/some specific model or part numbers. Aslo, my Little Rock tech suggested that I pass on the Rave CDrecommended Champion plugs and go with Bosch 4202 plugs. They seem to be getting phased out and the suggested replacementsare 4002. I have these now (what gap? .032"?) but want to wait to replace wires at the same time. I am a zillion miles from any big city (Memphis and Little Rock are the closest and they are both 140+miles out) and don't know where to find the wires. The Magnecor site didn't show me a Land Rover installation although it's 3am and I could be just not seeing the info I need.
Thanks
Kevin

Are you going to install the wires yourself, it is difficult but will save you over $400 in labor.
As for the plugs, buy a set of Bosch Platium Plus 4's, you will have goood luck with them.

www.atlanticbritish.com, www.roverconnection.com.
As for plugs, I use Denso Iridium plugs, others like the NGK G-Power and others like the Bosch Fusion.

Yes, you could try an unproven set of wires on your Disco, but why go thru that twice when and if they don't hold up.
