Default maintanence

Local dealer wants $900+ for maintence work at 60K.
Says it is not any repair just the usuall 60k cost.

Seems high when you see what is required in the Owners Manual.
Help?

I have seem them higher and lower. How mechanical are you? If I walked you thru what to do would you be interested in saving 1/2 that estimate and doing it yourself?

Kind of depends on how you drive it, how long you want to keep it and how much wheeling you do.

I will be off road during hunting season, no hard core stuff, mostly lanes and fields.
