Default Making MAF sensor wallet friendly

Why would you do this?

- You want to save $: Sometimes a MAF from another car that is suitable for Land Rover Discovery is cheaper than the MAF for the Disco
- You want to have an easy replace/remove option that does not require special tools on the road

We discussed this in a few threads, but I finally had time to document the install. Disco 1, 2 and some other cars share the same MAF sensors. The housing--the round thing--may be different, but the actual sensor is the same. If you want to make your MAF more wallet friendly, add an easy repair/replace option--replace the stock "security" screws with something you can easily unscrew on the road. If your MAF fails, now you have an option to install only a sensor from any compatible car.

To remove the screws, use a pair of pliers. Gently squeeze the screw from the sides and rotate it to the left.

Anytime you replace MAF, reset fuel adaptations with a scanner such as Foxwell NT510.

I looked at my Disco parts cheat sheet and found the 1998 to 2001 VW Jetta, MK4, Golf & Beetle as suitable replacement MAF part numbers:
VW #06A906461(A)
Bosch #0280218002
