Default Making Non Rover owners Smile

Its been a while sense it has been cool enough to have the windows
down, but yesterday it was only 77 and I had my windows down.

I left the house and was setting at the first light and heard HEY HEY
what is that?A driver of a Toyota Echo was pointing at the snorkel
on my truck as the light changed I told him, I got a COOL and a thumbs up and a big smile.

If this was the first time this had happend it would not be a big deal
but almost everytime I have my windows down someone ask something about the snorkel. One person thought it was a camera
to look back and they are always thinking that its cool, neat.

The bottom line its good PR for LR's, its not a Mini Van and
it can go anywhere dam thats is COOL.

I have found that in adverse weather, most poeple can go anywhere they want to (as long as I have a tow strap on them pulling them) I wish that we had diesels so we could really go scuba diving. I had water coming in my doors, and while I like the looks of the snorkel, I couldn't chance taking it any deeper in water than I would without it. Still want one, though.....

Thanks for sharing.

My snorkel is the one that faces to the back, more for
dust and dirt you know the Camel series style.

I did a intake cleaning when I put on 20K ago and it looks like
it was just done.

Its my periscope in a pinch.
