Master Cylinder question

Master Cylinder question
So, had no brakes after my R front wheel locked up (pads). Pulled it and cleaned it up. I went to bleed the system, and well there was no fluid in bleed, and the master cylinder was full(res).I tried and bleed the lines to the ABS, and no fluid from Master, so pulled master, and noticed fluid around inside the yellow cap the is around the shaft. So I am guessing that the Master cylinder is smoked? Brakes have been giving me issues. My guess I blew the rings with the stuck FR brake caliper. Any thoughts?

They do have brake master cylinder rebuild kits, but it may be easier in the long run to just replace with new MC. Atlantic British sells one for $200 (2003-2004 Models). Brake Master Cylinder (SJC000110 Same Fit As Part # PMN222) - Land Rover hydraulics from Atlantic British Just purchased one myself from AB afew months ago and so far works dam good and its one less thing you have to worry about cleaning in your engine bay! hehe
Also Im not an expert here but Ive heard there is a specific order in which the brake system needs to be bleed. I had the same issue with my front passenger tire, brake pads **** the bed, the the caliper burst, then the booster. Ended up replacing all pads/rotors, both front calipers and brake master cylinder. Still have to replace the booster.... either way my first attempt at bleeding the system failed so I brought it to a Rover indi shop and had them properly bleed the entire system starting with the SLABS, then the MC and finally the wheels. According to Rave for left hand drive vehicles, bleed wheels in this sequence: Front pass, front driver, rear pass, driver pass Page 884 of the Rave.
Cheers
