Default Melted by exhaust manifold -what is this?

2004 discovery, there are three hard plastic tubes located on the pass side of the engine , appears they fell onto the exhaust manifold and melted. They run under the veh, I can trace them back to the top of the transmission but them lose them. What are they? What do they connect to? I took one picture from the top and then pulled them through the bottom to photo them.
thanks
