I'm going to test drive a 1996 Discovery tomorrow. I'm a pretty fair mechanic so I know what basics to look for but what are the Disco's common problems? Any input is most appreciated.

I always recommend people not buy a Land Rover without service records, as there are too many areas for a new owner to get burned. Especially someone without any 4X4 truck experience.
