Default misfire

hi all so ive done a leakdown check on number 1 and number seven the two cylinders that were throwing misfire codes number seven only losing 5% and number 1 about 8-10% and this was done cold....will do the others tomorrow

well 1-3-7 are all at 5% loss number 5 is 18% loss dont really know where to go from here as #1 and # 7 were the misfire cyl this was done cold as well please suggestions?

lets go back you had a misfire codes for #1 & #7, did you do any diagnosis before the leak down test?

hi yes did all the stuff i thought of good spark changed plugs no a/f in the oil and no smoke at the rear end did a compression test and they all showed the same though i have to admit i think they were a bit low as i didnt roll it over enough warm and cold showed about the same has new coils good spark at those cyl plugs were black though and wet after a brief run thanks for your reply

check ohm impedance at injectors all 15

How old are the wires? You said that you checked them and you had spark. If they are old, I would replace them. It could also be a intermittent miss causing the code.
