I noticed my throttle body heater is leaking pretty bad, and I'm a bit worried that maybe the hot coolant had gotten on the O2 Sensor wires? Or perhaps the wires in the area, maybe ruining them?

Does anyone have some advice before I take my landy over to a mechanic? I'm replacing the throttle body heater first and the part is in the mail, however right now the misfiring is pretty bad.

With all cylinders on the Left side misfiring, I would also be looking at a bad upstream O2 sensor or it’s wiring. I suppose if you have enough coolant leaking that it is soaking the wire connector it could have an effect.

I concur.

The only engine management component shared by all cylinders on one side or the other is the upstream O2 sensor. Others have written that a failed O2 sensor cannot cause misfires but I've seen it happen with my truck.

I doubt it's caused by the leaking TBH, but I suppose that's possible. As an interim measure you could remove the lines from the TBH and plug them, and then disconnect the O2 sensor and clean both sides of the connector.
