Default Misfire Diagnosis / Question

Hello all.

So, I'm driving down the road today, about 4 miles from home (avg. 35-45 mph) when I start idling rough at a stop sign. I pull out and about 50 yards later the CEL starts flashing for a few seconds, then goes solid. I pull over the closet place I could and run the codes. Misfire on cylinder 5. I also have a p1174 and p1171 that's been coming and going (as well as a P1590 rough road since I've owned the thing). Last month I bypassed my TBH cause it was leaking coolant and causing #3 to miss (at least I thought that was the cause). Since the bypass, no issues on #3. I haven't had time to do a close look at anything, but I'm hoping it's something dumb like the MAF or a leak in the intake somewhere, but I'm not too smart regarding misfires. Hopefully I'll have some time Sunday to run through it, pull the plug/test the wire, etc. But... I'm admittedly a little doomsday when it comes to these things due to the first thing I had to do after buying the truck was swap out a blown motor (it was like that when I got it, I swear!).

So... here's my question/try for some piece of mind until I can look at it. My coolant level seems fine. If it were a cracked block/porous issue, etc.. I feel like I would have a noticeable coolant draw no?

Any suggestions appreciated, as always. Thanks everyone!
