So after I pulled cylinder 4 wire of the coil I noticed that it had cracked at the boot at the coil
Since it's 9pm in Seattle right now I couldn't go and get a new one
What i did for the time being is fixed the wire and put it back in
Fired up the river deleted the codes and she ran smoothly
Drove around for about 10 min no issues yet
Looks to me like the wire was the issue
Even though the wires are just over 20k old I think it's safe to get them all replaced
Just glad I didn't have to pull the coil out
Thank you all for your tips and suggestions

By the way the wire was letting some spark through but nothing compared to the other wires

Had the same issues and just resolved it.... removed the IM, installed new coil packs from L8, coils (magnecore 8.0), plugs, IMgasket, throttle body gasket, and air filter.

also cleaned out the throttle body heater, and did the PCV mod.

disco runs STRONG!
