Misfires

I changed the plugs, still throwing codes for cylinder 4 & 5 misfires.
The code reader also showed that bank 1, sensor 1 is running lean. It was throwing a code though. I figure that I'll just take the coil packs off, test them and then proceed from there.

Coil should have approximately .5 ohms resistance in primary winding, and approximately 13000 ohms in secondary. While I have not yet been able to determine just exactly which pins to test to get this reading, you should be able to poke around with DVOM to determine. I'd start by simply comparing known good to problem cylinders. In other words, what are readings from spark plug wire outputs on working cylinders to ground, versus known problem cylinders?
Good Luck!

On the multiplug, the pins are numbered 1, 2, and 3. I'm assuming the primaries would be 1 & 2 or 2 & 3. I'm getting a reading of .5 ohms on both of those. When I take the reading between pins 1 & 3, I get 1 ohm of resistance, so if those are considered secondaries, my packs are in need of replacement.
I tested the readings from where the wire goes in to ground. I got a fluctuating reading on all but 4 & 5, they went straight to 0 after a few seconds.
