P1171 is too lean, both banks. Looks like you had P0150 before you changed oxygen sensors. Possible problem with wiring harness (melted wires, open, poor connection.) When I did mine, I used too much dielectric grease on first plug (designed to be air and water tight) and needed channel lock pliers to fully seat and lock connection.
I had diagnosed need for new O2 sensors by monitoring their performance with Scanguage II while driving. New sensors, cleaned MAF, "German" Castrol 0W40 and I average 18 mpg. And to reference another thread, my speedometer and odometer are dead on with gps and highway mile markers.

Ya, I wondered about the wiring. I'm not sure what to do about the lean system. I've doubled checked all the lines and connectors, figure I may try the replacing the fuel filter? The odd thing is that the codes don't throw a SES light, but they show up on the code reader. It also has a rough idle in in gear, but runs like a sewing machine once you start moving.
