Gentlemen, thanks for the help. The problem ended up being the connector that plugs into the pass side coil. I bent the prongs slightly and and vroom. Cleared the codes and been going strong with no codes for a couple of days now. Savannah thanks for pointing that out and Mike thanks for steering me away from the CPS, hope to get to talk with you sometime down the road. Next project...Three amigos. For anyone who reads this and has a missfire problem, CHECK YOUR CONNECTORS! Even though I did a lot of unnecessary work I learned a lot and the truck is stronger than ever.

By the way, those coils work great and cost me 80 for the pair.
