Default missing inspection plate?

I am doing an oil change when I noticed I was missing an inspection cover. I suspect the shop that I had check my main seal.

What part do I order? I need to drive to NY on Tuesday. So ANY help would be appreciated. I am pretty sure I shouldn't let the snow and salt get in my transmission.

stick some 100mph tape on there and call it good, the plug is really tricky to get in and probably is why they never replaced it.

Agreed. In a pinch, clean off the bellhousing, duct tape it, and go. You can only get the rubber plugs at the dealer, and I think they're about $10 each.

Nothing will actually get into the transmission.
It is a rubber plug that goes in there.
Like those guys said, dealer or junk yard.
