What do you mean at steady cruise they sit at .6 - upstream 02's or DS? If the DS 02's sit at .6 at steady cruise, that is normal and expected. I wouldn't worry too much about the DS 02's, the only time they will set a code is if they DON'T cycle. I have a truck right now with a sluggish DS and it is just a signal that the sensor is going bad.
