Big vice grip.
Hammer.
You are throwing out the old O2 so - who cares if the vice grips damage it.
You could hack saw off the top of it and put a socket over it.
Wear a mask to protect your breathing if you hack saw.

Powerbuilt 648691 Oxygen Sensor Offset Puller
Powerbuilt 648691 Oxygen Sensor Offset Puller
On my 1999, one wasn't ever going to come out. I eventually pulled the y-pipe, cut the plug off the sensor, and put a deep socket and used a 1/2" air impact to remove the thing. This was after soaking it with pb blaster for a couple of days. It took half of the threads in the bung with it.
some of them are just hard to remove. last time I did these, I had a stuck one. no amount of pb was going to help. I broke an o2 socket and a o2 wrench. finally, I dropped the y pipe. still would not come out (the nut was rounded. I cut the wire off, hammered a sacrificial socket on it and welded it in place. after several minutes, with a big azz impact, it came out and every thread in the bung came with it. I had to weld a new bung in (actually I sunk a nut in the drilled out old one).
Got them out about a hour ago my next problem is i have the passenger side done but the drivers side i have the sensor out of the exhaust pipe but can't seem to find a way to get it out of the connector theres no angle to unclip it whats the best thing i can do at this point. (and seriously whoever put these behind the engine was crazy)
