Hi all, does any body know the weight of a 99 disco 2 v8 for bonnet struts and bonnet position thank you in advance

I'm going with AlexM's suggestion of the 60lbs gas props but install 2 of them.
I totalled up the cost and it'll be about $30 for the gas prop and 4x 10mm ball brackets/mounts.

If you read through the thread, the OP says in post #56, "If you're going double, definitely don't double up on 60s."
Recommendations for doubling are to use 2x30 or 2x40.
