well Mr. obvious no i have not found it yet because see Mr. obvious I have'nt even left my computer yet. See you never told me to go look for it. I'm still sitting here waiting for you to tell me what to do.
I am going to sit here and drink my orange smoothie while you go and look for the crank sensor.

Mr. obvious that ? was from me his wife I didn't know that you owned a discovery now I do. I am just upset it has been one week and a day since I have drove my rover. And in all seriousness my husband now has gone out to the garage to find the crank sensor. I am just praying the new fuel pump fixes the problem.

Back away from the cliff, it's all going to be ok. Remeber that your truck still loves you. She is going to be fine and you two will be back together soon.
If we were neighbors you could be on the road by now, but thats ok, your truck needed a good rest.

I understand completly, it is VERY frustrating when you cannot find the problem and even worse when you rely on two cars for your daily life.
Luckly when my wifes Volvo's fuel pump went out we were lucky, I got to bring the work van home and she drove the Disco.
I too hope that it is the fuel pump so that you guys can be back on the road.

Well Mr. O he is now back in the house, I thought maybe I needed to go and remind him of what he was looking for, well he has successfully not found the crank sensor . He has found what he says is the cam sensor its close to the starter. it doesnt look like the crank sensor.

He found it, the cam sensor is by the oil filter.
The oil filter is at the front of the engine and the crank sensor is at the back of the engine.

Sober is basically that unpleasant time between drinking binges.
