When you say you try and start it and nothing happens what exactly is nothing?
Nothing as is totally dead, no dash mights, no headlights?
Or nothing as in it will turn over but not start?

In your other post you mentioned a new battery and starter, so have you checked the connections on both ends to make sure one didn't vibrate loose? This won't help the misfire but might help with it starting.
