ok, i have code 44 and 45, left and right O2
95 disco 80kmiles, good amm, new ign amp, blaster coil, good 8mm wires, recent HG swapp
ok, the truck will bog out after i have been driving it for a while, it will loose power untilll i open it up 90%+ then it pulls hard, sometimes it will drop the idle and gets real unresponsive, will stall if you let it, seems to get worse w/heat soak
when it dose clear up after you floor it, it dumps unburnt fuel
seems to be worse under sustained load
i could use some help, this thing is gilling me

Ok man, no offense but your typing skills are hard to interpit, so I will do my best to help you.
I think that your cylinders are loading up with fuel and then you are flooding the engine. Once you floor it and clear the unburnt gas out of the engine it runs fine.
I would replace the O2 sensors, they are sending a "lean" signal to the ECU causing it to dump excessive amounts of fuel into the engine. More than it can burn.
My wifes Volvo did this same thing when the front O2 went bad. At idle the engine would load up with fuel and when you tried to give it gas to drive it would want to stall.
