all right so I have a 1998 disco 1 it runs good just very slow on the pick up im at about 112700 miles on it.... I want it 2 last forever is there anything recommended to help the life ive been using the 87 octane gas and am going to start filling up with 91. its all in good shape and im just looking for that little extra something to make it unique any ideas...

You may notice an increase in power once you switch to 91.

Sounds like you have been running on the cheap side, NEVER run 87 octane.
What sort of tune related work has been done on it?

wow im glad you said not to run on 87. i just got a 02' disco yesterdaywith 42k miles and the salesman filled it up before we left with propably 87 so ill make sure to use 91 when i need to fill it up.

umm i took it to the land rover dealership and just had them check and they said they did everything needed to be done and fixed an oil leak but it ended up costing me a grand for everything... and i got new tires but thats about it
