Thanks again Savannah Buzz. #2 fuse is good. I am getting downstream codes also. Im going to do a 12v test tonight to see if there is actual power going to the o2s.

I'm having the same issues, did you fix yours? I have done everything you did lol even redone both front o2 wiring, No luck. Same codes come back, p1129 is this first to come back. I'm thinking there's a short somewhere just don't know where else to look maybe under the dash...

If you clean the connectors and made double sure the wiring is correct and ok then you could have gotten a bad O2 sensor. It happens, I have have first hand experience...

Update: went ahead and purchased 2 new upstream o2 sensors from advance auto and all codes went away. That was a few weeks ago and still no codes. I originally bought them from eBay.... : (. Won't do that again.
