Dunno what happened to your post. But the ACE has a light (under the oil warning light) with two colors. Amber is problem, but drivable cautiously. Red is flatbed to dealer. You can check your fluid level, in same bottle (two compartments) with power steering.

RAVE is factory shop manual, it is a free download below.

yep i know the resevoir you mean , however its not completely empty and im thinking imay need anti roll bar system put in now, as apparently just more fluid wont stop this severe rocking x

Your old post is https://landroverforums.com/forum/ge...nt-sway-61281/

The RAVE may give you enough info to disconnect the system, we have guys with trucks that no longer have it operational.

You technically do have a sway bar under there, with hydraulic shock that either pulls or pushes on the sway bar which is supposed to help with the body roll.

You can have the whole system disabled, the sway bar will still be there but wont be as effective as a sway bar designed to work on its own.

Something tells me its something electrical, maybe your sensors measuring lean angle are shot or the ACE distribution block.

Think of it as a giant ABS pump, but instead of pulsing your hydraulic brakes, it pulses the hydraulic shock to extend or retract which in turn leans the truck into the corner.

Again, its not the cornering sway but just out of nowhere youd be driving and it would start rocking?

Thats weird, and beyond my knowledge. Def something sensor related then.

Like its the computer sending wonky signals to the distribution pump.

I think the easiest solution for now is to pull the plug on the distribution pump and render it inop. This should just allow fluid to pump through the distribution pump and not affect anything. Ofcouse you will loose the leveling effect while cornering.
