That flex probably saved your truck from major damage having the wrong sized tires on there.

Anyone can shed some light on what this is and what I should know about replacing it?
The Rotoflex install is easy enough with the drive shaft in place.
If you are going to replace the centralizing peg bushing in the rear of the drive shaft then the shaft needs to be removed.
