Default mystery unhooked wire

here is a random wire i saw hanging not connected to anything it is under the passenger side door between the front and rear door. it looks original, any clues to what this is?

Dont worry about it.
You dont have SLS (self leveling suspension)do you?

That is not an SLS wire, they are on the drivers side.

I dont know for sure, but I was helping a friend work on his DII and he had the same unhooked wire harness and he does not have SLS either.

the mystery continues. when i'm feeling up to it i will follow the wire up to the engine compartment see where it goes. right now more worried bout the drive shaft problems... thanks

Passenger side would be for ACE correct?

The ACE pump runs off the engine, the serp belt runs that pump, it is like a power steering pump.

Wouldn't that be the electronic signal for the rear ACE cylinder which mounts under the pass side? Just guessing.
