Nanocom Puzzle
Hi guys, came here for some assistance. I have attached a .csv from a nanocom.
2004 D2 TD5. Runs fine except when towing. Generates error "Driver Demand Problem 1" but the throttle voltages look ok and add up correctly. Gets a power loss and refuses to rev passed 3000. If stopped and started it returns to normal for a couple of Kms then does it again. Replaced MAF, turbo actuator, serviced waste gate movement. No change.
Notes in the nanocom file:

Notes in the nanocom file:
- Turbo Boost reading goes to Zero for a while, about when you expect overboost then starts reading again.
- Waste gate % goes to zero when the boost reading does.
- EGR valve moves but not the EGR Modulator
- Temp was increasing but it was being tested going up a steep road repeatedly, wondering if that's because no EGR cycling.
