Default Need a 20-pin speaker to RCA harness

I tried to install an Alpine UTE-73BT head unit into my 2004 Disco but I do not have a 20-pin speaker adapter to RCA. The original unit has a male connector for the speakers but the new unit has female RCA ports. I've searched the web endlessly but to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I purchased that one thinking it would be the correct harness, but it does not fit the factory wiring. The female adapter I am holding in the picture is what I am looking to convert to RCA.

I tried the adapter you mentioned but it did not fit the adapter I am holding in the picture. Any other suggestions?
