Default need help with connector C0233

hey guys..

i've been trying to track a short with no luck.. i cant replicate it and nothing componet wise is wrong with my truck, on C0233 what pin is power and ground its sister connector C0230 is power on19,20 and ground on 17,18!!

does the ground on 17,18 of C0230 carry over to C0233?

if i cant replicate the short and no fuses are blowing, then i just wanna rewire that power/ground?

what do you think!!!

According to the Earth Distribution diagram Instrument Pack (J100) pins 17 & 18 connect to earth. I don't have more time at the moment to look at the wiring diagrams.
