as title says need diagram to take an aftermarket radio out of my 99'
land rover d1...water leak from top of window prob. fried my radio. I know that the factory radio takes two key like objects to take out factory but do you need them for an aftermarket radio also
any help please thanks in advance

It all depends on the make of aftermarket radio as to what it need to remove it. Wat kind of radio is it?

look at each side (with the face off) for 2 small metal tabs on the radio itself, they will stick off just a very small amount, you will need something flat to slide down along the side of the radio that will fit between those 2 tabs. sometimes (if your lucky) you can bend those 2 tabs just a bit and get a butter knife (or any kind of knife with a very flat blade) and pull the radio out, just don't force it.
