Need to be more specific, what year and model? Has it overheated into the red?

its a 1999 range rover hse and yes it has over heated to the red. it just started happening over night. i drained and flushed the system and added a flush i drove the car around for the recomended time with no problems . i drained the flush and added the water it was fine drove around for a couple of hours but then when i drained the syestem again and added the antifreeze the car started to over heat. a friend of mine told me that the system must have air in it and that is the cause of the over heating. i need help on figuring out how to take the air that in the system out.
