Sounds like a dry pulley to me. Remove the belt and spin all of them by hand. If any spin freely with no resistance at all, they should be replaced or cleaned and repacked with fresh grease.
Hey Red5 - question - You can repack these pulleys with grease? Any info on how? I thought they were sealed? (I've replaced one awhile ago because it was noisy like the OP's)
No repacking, you can replace the bearing for less than $10 if you have a press, except for the tensioner pulley as it is plastic and bearing is molded in.
