I'm unsure how I should continue. Should I pull the computer and see if some solder flowed between pins or something?

I think I found a problem. I have no idea what circuit this is one but that is clearly a solder run isn't it? I can't find anything else on either side of the board that looks like that.

Okay, I think I see what you're talking about. The solder that looks like it has run into another component on the board?
It's really hard to say if that's correct or not. I work on circuit boards at one of my jobs sometimes. I have seen solder like that before that was supposed to be there. But I can't say if that is the case with this board. If it is solder that has run like that, chances are it got hot enough to burn something up. Are there any fried components on the board? If not, it may be alright.

I couldn't find any other spots on the board that looked like that, there are plenty of little square solder spots like that around all of the micro chips but none of them run onto one of the legs of the chip. I also didnt see any fried components and nothing else on the vehicle is acting crazy so I'm tempted to think that its probably ok. I'm taking it to a friend on tuesday, he has a real nice soldering station and should be able to fix it. fingers crossed.

Doubt that's a solder run looks intentional. You problem more likely to be outside any box.

Have you replaced or swapped the sensor(s) to make sure your trouble shooting techniques and theories correct?

Had I not found what looks like an odd phenomena on the board, switching sensors was gonna be my next move. But since they are brand new sensors, and I'm getting a solid 12v signal on a wire that definitely shouldn't, I'm hesitant to to start digging any farther into the harness which seems to be the only other option
