Need this part desperately

Can anyone please tell me what the housing is called that my tensioner pulley broke off of so I can look for a replaced or my 2001 Rover Discovery II? Land Rover couldn't even help me.

given the corrosion at the failure point, you might want to pick up a belt and tensioner/idler kit as well.......
