im removing my fan cluch..dont know what size open end i need ?//

ha, no sarcasm here. Your postings have to be 5 or more characters some I added some BS. You can get the fan clutch wrench from any auto parts store.

ok got the wrench.. how the hell do i stop the pulley from spining?

Still got the belt on? It helps a little. Put the wrench on there and give it a good whack to the left with a hammer. (A tip from Spike, it works! )
