This might be crazy but I'm going to throw it out here and see what happens. I'm moving from SC to DC (near Herndon,va) area in about three weeks for a new job. I'm working my way through an engine swap on my D2. Does anyone have some shop space or even just a garage that I could use to finish? I would try to keep it as low impact to you as possible. Some $$$ could be worked out, I'm not a free loader.

 

Wish I could help directly, but wanted to mention some folks see about renting a storage unit for a month or so to work inside.
