Yeah...tell me about it! Sounds much worse on video but does a good job of showing. There has always been a light tick... nothing like this tough, especially out of the blue.

Pull the air filter check for obstructions in the air intake pipe. Make sure your getting fresh unobstructed air to the intake/throttle body.

Make sure you didn't suck something up into the air box.

Got any oil going to the valve train? Listen thru a yard stick to the valve covers, etc.?

Sounds like a nasty exhaust leak. Inspect your exhaust manifolds for cracks. Especially, at weld seams.

Pretty sure. Threw a new oil filter on as I worried maybe it was messed up. Temps were normal in coolant.

Noise starts right away when cold? Gets quieter as exhaust leak heats up joint?
