Default Negative Battery Cable

Can someone tell me where/what that middle connector in the center of the cable bolts too?


A picture of the location is ideal. Thanks in advance.

Is this it? That's from the RAVE manual.

It connects to the body of the truck via a post right behind the battery box (in front of the coolant reservoir. I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.
