Still not figure out. I just checked battery and alternator also the fuse box that connects to
the alternator "found nothing wrong".
Another thing left to do is charging the battery. I am using a home Battery charger and tried it during the nights.
Weather is so bad (too cold, too much snow) in Chicago and my daugther leaves the car at train station. few times the car did not started few times when she came back from school.

Did you figure out where your wires go on the back of your alt? If not I will go take a pic and post it for you.
Its been brutally cold here in Grand Rapids too.

No, I still working on it.
I checked alternator voltage while running the car and it is still 12 V, similar to the battery voltage.
Same thing by the fuse box.

As soon as my wife gets out of the shower I will get you the pic, our 3 mo old is sleeping so I cannot go out to the garage just yet. You know the wholedad thing.

I will try this connections an hope they will fixed the electrical issue.

Thank you guys for your inputs.
I placed the alternator cables as it is showed on the Pics from Spike and I still seeing 12 volts thru the the battery post while the engine on. I continue looking for issue on the cable connections.
Let me know if you have more ideas.
I will try taking thebattery to the store for charging and see what happen.
