Check both the lines connected to this - mine is an 04 for your canister might look different

this is on the bottom of the SAI pump make sure it is on there good

there is one of these on each side check both the small hose and larger hose of leaks

this is the left you need to check both those little hoses in the background as well

Also in the 1st image check the routing of the hoses make sure the right hose is on the right connector

I think I found it ! It was that hose in the middle. Do you think a zip tie would be safe to put here ? Or will it melt?
It’s the hose between the hose that has a red Tip. Sorry I’m on my cell and can’t upload the pic.

Ok, finally got to a computer today. It is the one in the middle in between the one with the clamp and the one with the red rubber.

Hello everyone,

I'm new here but recently found a solution that makes it so you can eliminate the secondary air injection and all it's components completely without a check engine light. We have done it on a 2003 and 2004 Discovery II now with no issues and there is also the possibility for some ECU tuning for someone a bit more adventurous. Please DM me for more details.

Thank you,
Steve

Why not just post it to the forum? Personally SAI is not hard to maintain/fix, and who doesn’t like it when their LR sounds like a small jet upon startup? LoL

I didn't want to violate any of the forum rules about advertising is really the only reason. It's ECU tuning that eliminates the SAI error from flagging in the ECU. Basically we have full access to the ECU mapping and diagnostics so it's a matter of knowing which changes to make. The ECU is the same one we have used in other applications for years.
