Well at Land Rover Parts & Rover Accessories From Atlantic British | Discovery, Range Rover, LR3, LR2, Defender, Freelander and Land Rover Series Parts & Accessories if you look up fuel pumps for the DII they give you the VIN# range that you need.
The fuel pump does not care if you have secondary air injection (SAI) or not.
But just so you know, here is how you find out.

I would also let the shop do the shaft. hehe...shaft...

I watched this DIY video on someone replacing the pump and they were so lazy to remove the plastic trim that they just cut a square patch in the carpet. AAAHHHH!
I am gonna take it to the "tranny" shack for the "shaft" job.
What are the negatives and positives of a secondary air engine? I am gonna go see if my engine is secondary air.
When its running it sounds like a mini jet engine, never had a car sound like this.

Here's layout of SAI parts, look for item #6, the air pump, near firewall. If equipped, when it goes bad, starts to sound like hair dryer, but should not run constantly.
If you have engine air "roar" sound, that does not go away in about 2 minutes, could be a frozen viscous fan clutch. Can eat up water pump bearing , shear off, eat radiator, and puncture hood. Test by spinning fan by hand with engine warmed up, and off. When you release, the blade should stop in less than 1 revolution. Should not free wheel and should not stop at once. Should feel like peanut butter inside it.

You have SAI if you are hearing a "vacuum cleaner" noise first thing in the morning, no real down side to it.
It is a emissions device, think of it as "California Emissions" on your truck, it helps reduce smog, its a good thing but it does require periodic maintenance and makes tune ups a little harder to do.

Did this come with the gasket/seal or did you have to order that separate?

Its hard to tell in the video.
Here is the easiest way to tell what is making the noise.
Start the engine after sitting all night, if the noise goes away in under 2 min it is the SAI pump, normal.
If the noise takes 5 min or so it is the clutch fan, normal.
If the noise never goes away no matter how long you let the engine idle in the driveway then we need to look further.

Ok so I noticed the noise not happening sometimes today at idle. But sometimes the noise happens whenever. Is this normal?
