Default New Disco Owner With ??'s

Hello,
I have recently purchased a 2000 Discovery II. It has 130,000 miles on it. The rear air suspension is deflated, I have gone under the vehicle and the bags look good, when I hit the lift button the light flashes but nothing happens. Also I have not heard the radiator fan run after the engine shut downs. Do I have an electrical problem?

The two are not related.
With the engine running take a spray bottle with soapy water and spray around the air fittings that go to the air bags, if they are leaking they will bubble.
The other thing that may have gone bad is the height sensor.
Your rear end going flat is a common problem with older LR's.
Do this and you will never have this problem ever again.

As for the electric cooling fan not coming on after you shut the engine off, is it colder where you are now?
