Sweet! Thanks for clarifying and the pics.

Do you remember the size you ordered?

I added the link to the first reply there. Just click that and it'll take you right to it.

Speedsleev is great. Not sure if this was your case Brandon, with mine I had to measure the correct placement on the shaft to catch the seal. I think it only has about 3/8 in width. If you bottom it out or seat to far you could miss the seal. I think I measured it 40 times.

The scoring on mine fell pretty much right in the middle of the sleeve when it was bottomed out against the HB flange, so I was able to easily just drive it home. But yeah, if it was off, a thousand measurements would need to be taken indeed haha.

I'm trying to do the same fix, I've loosened the belt so it's off the pulley but I can't get the bolt loose.
I've been trying the same side bell housing block to keep it from turning while trying to loosen the bolt but I can't budge it loose. Is there a better way to keep the pulley from turning while trying to loosen it? Any tips from those who have done it before?
Thanks!

1/2 drive extension shoved in the flexplate, big breaker bar

No, the best way is to jam that socket/extension in the flex plate like you did. But it should hold it just fine, why are you looking for another way to keep the crank from rotating?

Mine finally broke free after minutes with my big 1/2 inch drive Craftsman plug-in 120 VAC impact wrench. Of course had to move radiator and A/C coils out of the way and use extensions.

If the pulley bolt was installed with high strength thread locker, you might need to apply some heat first, not too much to burn the damper rubber though. I did not need to apply heat to mine. Hope this helps.

I just used a breaker bar and tapped the engine over. Nut broke loose first try. Installed a new seal. Pressed on the speedisleeve and bolted it right back into place. Finally solved my front seal leak problem.

FWIW, a 40" breaker bar makes Disco ownership a lot easier. I used this for the crank bolt and it was nearly effortless. https://amzn.to/3J31u6Z
