I like it. Did you just cut out the middle two louvers and install that honeycomb stuff? Please explain what you did??

...do you have a before pic? I love these grills but I noticed on the original there is a molding or weatherstrip of sorts. I'm wondering how to replicate that. I guess this RR grill differs a bit from the D1 as I don't see how you could cut the sides out without losing all structural integrity....if SI can even be maintained with the brittle plastic bits.

That is a hard looking grill. I still dont know if I'm ready to cut the louvers off of mine yet.
