New to LR and have a few COMPLICATED problems I need help with!!
Dumb question, did you ever think of Tire Shake? Your driveshaft sounds logical but I get tire shake (bad balance) on my 2001 P38 had the tires rotated and balanced and no more shake.

I don't know if your front driveshaft is new or not as no grease fittings are visible from the photo. You should have a grease zerk on all 3 if it has been upgraded or rebuilt. I would definitely take it off of my truck and run each one through all of its motions so that I know it's legitimate. You are asking for trouble if you don't pull that thing off and check it out
Yes the pics would be helpful.
The driveshaft looks like someone replace all three ujoints with greasable duralast ujoints. Since the vibrations isn't until 55+ MPH im just not sure if its front or back shaft. There is no way to electronically switch the CDL option or a better way to determine which shaft is the problem?

I will check for the nipple on the Tcase but I was under the impression that the 2002 does NOT have the nipple.
As far as the resistor has anyone ever tired to do the resisitor change by unsoldering it and replacing only the resistor? Is there a writeup anywhere about this?
The tires are brand new and the wheels are factory. I have checked to make sure they are all tight. I only feel vibration in the truck not the steering. If it was tires, brake, suspension, wheel bearings I would think I could feel it in the steering. The ujoints to have a greasing nipple and are all Autozone ujoint(may be the problem). I don't believe the centering ball has been replaced but I haven't checked yet. Soon as some of this rain disappears I will crawl under there and pull the driveshaft and check all range of motions

I was under the impression only the very late model 2002's and 2003 Disco's were without the CDL nipple.

Before you go removing the drive shafts, which, while they could be the cause of some vibration are less likely than something like; wheel balance or a wheel that's out of shape.
I had a similar problem with my D2 and it turned out to be one wheel out of round, once a new wheel was fitted no more vibration. The bad wheel was found when it was put on the balance machine,

I replaced my front u-joints as a precautionary repair and it vibrated when i was done. I took it off and let a driveline shop look at it. They said one of the u-joints was machined off center. Don't assume because yours has new u-joints that it is correct. The shop I use checks it for free and only charges $40 to balance it. Abram; Driveline Shop of Orange County.
