What you have and the 245/75's are the largest you can run and not rub anywhere...

Any way you can post a pic of what you have? I have been debating between the 2....

It also has the side step guards(which are coming off as soon as I can)(should make for more ground clearance)(they look like something that would get me wedged between two boulders).

Thanks for the pic. I am contemplating going with a lift, but don't have the cash flow right now. I was wanting something wider and taller. YOurs are .3 taller and a full inch wider, and the 245/75's are .7 taller and only .4 wider. I think I am going with the 255's now.

I have 235/75's on now, so that is my reference.

Your plug wires are not stock. Try to see the size. That is the important thing. Stock is 7MM, but 8MM delivers all the spark the coils can put out. Magnacor puts out a great product that has a lifetime warrany. If you switch, check them out. I would also wait to get tires until you decide on a lift or not. You can go bigger with a lift.

Disco's are heavey, and your lean is just due to sag over time. You can't really replace just one spring with stock, because then the other side will be off. Tons of people swear by the OME lift.

I bought running boards for mine for $20 from a guy parting one out here. I had them on a week. Looks better without them..but, still a nice rig. Thanks again

Yeah, actually I am going to get new suspension set up(springs and shocks) as soon as I figure out what I want.Don't specifically want un necassary lift if I don't need it(looking for more off road worthy enhancement instead)(had jeep with 3' lift and had ensuing steering/driveline scenarios-u-joint failure,ect.).Any ideas or suggestions on set up or manufacturers?Would like to order and get installed as soon as I can.I will look more closely at my engine set(plug wires,ect-last Sat. was the first time I popped the hood!It may already have some mod/improvements).

I will refer you back to my first post. Most popular lift. I think RTE makes a lift that is best suited for long travel Bilsteins. I will let others post on that. 3" is about the most you can go before changing brake lines and driveshafts...

It is my understanding that the MM of a plug wire, has nothing to do with conductivity, but more of an isolation from heat and electronic frequency effect.

The 8MM does have a larger conductor and about 10K volts more capacitance. Mostly it is more insulation to cut out EMI and RFI and insulation from heat. As we all know, more heat = more resistance...

The best thing I like about Magnacor wires is they have a flexible jacket so you can still get them into 7MM holders without tearing the insulation..
